Dear exhibitors, 

there has been a mistake about the times you can start to prepare your booth.

On Saturday you can come in at 7.30 a.m. and visitors will already be let in 
at 8.15 a.m. 
On Sunday we open at 9.00 a.m. for visitors.

Dear exhibitors, 

our exhibition area has finally been finished. On the attached plan you can see 
where your booth will be located. If we forgot to consider some very urgent 
wishes regarding your booth, please let us know. Each booth will have power 
and ethernet connection and there will be either a movable or a solid wall 
behind each booth, on which you can fix posters with velcro or normal tape, 
which you can get from us. If you plan to bring a few computers to your booth, 
please bring your own ethernet switches and power strips, too. You can prepare 
your booth from 6 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. on Saturday (visitors will be let 
in at 9 a.m.).
Please don't start packing your stuff before 6 p.m. on sunday, because this 
creates an atmosphere of departure, while the conference is still running.

Please enter the names of the people who will run your booth (if you don't 
have yet) into the call for projects system until 16th august, so we can 
deposit exhibitor tickets for them at our cash desks. Please send any changes 
per mail after this date. With those exhibitor tickets you get free entrance 
and free catering at FrOSCon.

If you've got a booth or a project room free of charge for your open source 
project (this does not apply if you have a paid booth, that is e.g. part of a 
sponsoring package), we'd kindly ask you to take care that you do not display 
any information, flyers, logos or other merchandise gifts from companies who do 
not support us through a paid sponsorship. 
Those sponsorships provide the funding needed in order to organize the 
conference and provide you with free-of-charge booths, catering and hopefully 
a great FrOSCon overall.
